PAGES is a one-day workshop on supporting readers through partnerships.

Date: October 15, 2010
Location: Stanley A. Milner Library, Edmonton [map]

Registration will begin August, 2010.

For professionals who work with readers, providing such support calls for breadth of knowledge, awareness of available tools, and subtle social skills. Although the help they provide is often unnoticed by the reader, it is an essential element in many reading lives.

We welcome librarians, reviewers, teachers, authors, booksellers, and others to explore literacy and readers' advisory, and to create partnerships with other professionals who actively work with readers.

"A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising this. It was an amazing day and I learned so much from the presenters and met people I would not otherwise have met."
